My first computer was a COMPAQ Desktop tower.  At the time, I thought it was amazing; and for me, it was.  That desktop got me started on an IT journey that continues today.  IT has become more complex and fragmented since the days of the COMPAQ, smart devices have multiplied, and systems and devices must be interconnected in order to talk to one another.  It is no easy task for many.

After 14 years of helping customers, there is still nothing I like better than to investigate my clients’ IT problems, find the solution, and get them up and running again as soon as possible.  Handling your concerns, alleviating your worries, and bringing you satisfaction is what makes my job so rewarding.

IT encompasses not only equipment, but it is also a language.  Whether it is simply engineers talking shop, accepted jargon, or precise coding, everything has to be understood and translated to enable smooth communications between devices, departments, companies, and end users.  IT is a language with which I am extremely proficient, so you don’t need to be.

Helping customers understand the complicated and often bewildering world of IT and what the future holds is important to me.  In addition to our full range of services, RichardTECH also holds community education workshops to demystify the IT world, teach best practices, and demonstrate how to keep yourself, your family, and your data safe.
